Baja SAE USB is a student group belonging to the Project Learning Program, founded in 2005 that designs, builds and tests an off-road prototype to annually attend international competitions organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) in the United States.
For this 2022 we are registered with prototype #13 in the Arizona event, which will take place between september 29th and october 2nd. We are currently in the manufacturing stage and we are looking for the necessary resources for the prototype, such as materials and components for the different subsystems.
Our budget is divided into:
- Chassis: $1.200
- Brakes: $600
- Electronics: $500
- Suspension: $3.300
- Powertrain: $2.700
