He started at USB on 2002 (cohort 02), Materials Engineer, major in metallurgy, and Master in Business Administration with postgraduate studies in Management of Market-Oriented Innovation. Lino has studied and worked on the processes of aluminum transformation and localized corrosion (stinging). He currently works as an Innovation Manager and Consultant, supporting companies that are in the journey of innovation, transforming the abstract idea with innovative potential into a viable and executable project. Part of the experience has involved strategic planning processes, implementation of the integral scorecard, evaluation and design of the business model and design of the value proposition, as well as methodologies such as design thinking and focused ideation, The customer experience, innovation games and stage-gate, to name a few. He was Lead Auditor in Business Management Systems and Head of the Research and Development Unit of an aluminum processing company in Costa Rica. His work has been exposed in different conferences, lectures and talks in Costa Rica (3), Venezuela (3), Colombia, (1) and Peru (1). In addition, he has participated in the writing of 3 published works in books and magazines of the university and private publishing houses. In addition to innovation, he shares his passions with music, the beach, and scouting.
