Raul graduated as an Electrical Engineer from USB in 2006. As a USB student, he spent two consecutive years at UPC in Barcelona, Spain, where he earned his MSc in ICT. In Venezuela, he worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer at Telefonica and founded Cuponidad Venezuela. In 2014 he received his MBA from USC in LA, California. He is currently working at YouTube in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the Online Partnerships and Development Team, helping creators in North and Latin America develop their channels. Raul started organizing the #UnCafexUSB meetings in the San Francisco Bay Area in November 2015 and joined the AlumnUSB Board in August 2017.
